As the agency’s sole Chief Negotiator, she led high-stakes labor contract negotiations, and she directed pay equity initiatives across a workforce of 18,000+ employees. She founded Aurea Consulting to bring that same executive-level rigor to organizations that need it — without requiring a full-time hire. Crystal holds an ACC coaching credential and is the creator of the Inner Capacity Framework™.
